Overview:

For mental health professionals, online hostility is no longer rare. From aggressive client reviews to targeted harassment, cyberbullying creates stress that extends beyond the screen, fueling anxiety, burnout, and ethical strain. This training goes beyond awareness and offers actionable strategies to help clinicians stabilize in the moment, restore focus, and support colleagues when a team is under pressure. Participants will leave with evidence-based tools they can apply immediately to safeguard both personal well-being and professional effectiveness.

Course Objectives:

By the end of the session, the participant will be able to:

  • Identify the psychological, physiological, and occupational impacts of cyberbullying on clinicians.
  • Apply evidence-based self-regulation techniques proven to reduce stress responses.
  • Apply team stabilization strategies to reduce collective distress and strengthen cohesion.
  • Identify practical coping tools to support ethical and values-driven decision making under pressure.
