Jasmin Stephens, LMSW, CCTP, is a clinical therapist, trauma educator, and founder of My Favorite Therapist LLC in Grand Rapids, Michigan. With nearly a decade of experience, she specializes in helping individuals heal from trauma, manage anxiety and depression, process grief, and recover from substance use. Her approach centers on creating compassionate, supportive spaces where people can release what they’ve carried and reconnect with their resilience.
Jasmin has served in leadership roles with Sanford Behavioral Health and Cherry Health, where she guided residential and outpatient programs, supported clinical teams, and advanced initiatives to expand access to care in underserved communities. Her passion for healing extends internationally. As an educator with the International Center of Trauma Education and Care, Jasmin has provided training and support in refugee camps, orphanages, and post-disaster settings across Ethiopia, Cambodia, Puerto Rico, Madagascar, and beyond. These experiences have shaped her deep commitment to culturally grounded, globally relevant approaches to trauma recovery.
Whether working one-on-one with clients, mentoring clinicians, or leading professional training, Jasmin’s mission is clear: to foster healing, resilience, and meaningful growth.
