We offer two types of trainings, Livestream events, and On Demand courses.

Livestream events are live, interactive trainings typically held through Zoom. During these events, attendees can interact with the presenter, ask questions in the Q/A section and interact with other attendees through the chat functionality. These events are held on specific days at specific times and attendance is required for the entire length of the event to earn a certificate. Additionally, once the course is complete, please fill out the evaluation to earn your certificate. Certificates will be EMAILED to you within 5 Business days of the event.

On Demand courses are self-pased courses that are not interactive with the presenter. The courses can be taken at any time and completed on your schedule. To earn a certificate, the student MUST complete every lesson in the course, pass the assessment and provide answers to all evaluation questions. Certificates are issued immediately once ALL three steps are complete. Earned certificates can be accessed at any time from the website, when logged in to your account.
