Cancellation Policy:
For events with a fee:
Registrants must cancel via email Support@ceucreationsinc.com (contacting other staff members/leadership does not guarantee your cancellation.) No faxes or mail cancellations will be accepted.
Cancellation Fee: $25
Refunds will not be given for cancellations within five(5) business days prior to the workshop date
For complimentary events:
Your RSVP is a firm commitment that you will attend the conference. If you are unable to attend, we simply request that you email or call us (at least 48 hours prior to the event) to let us know. If you do not inform us prior to a "No-Show" we may be unable to accommodate you at future events.
Many times, our seminars have waiting lists and it is unfair to others to take a space and leave it unused.
We thank you for your cooperation and adherence to our cancellation policy.
CEU Creations' CEs are often supported by the generosity of sponsors-who provide meals and other support for our events. In exchange for their support, attendee contact information may be shared with certain sponsors. Note that sponsors do NOT influence educational content of CE courses.
Video recording:
CEU Creations may take pictures and/or record the CE events which could capture images of the audience. These pictures/recordings may be used by CEU Creations for material posted on the internet. By accepting the terms and conditions you are indicating that you have been notified and allow your likeness to be freely used by CEU Creations. None of our attendees are actors and are not compensated for their attendance if their likeness is used by CEU Creations.
