1 Credit Hour: This training is designed for midlife professionals and their clients who are experiencing persistent fatigue, changes in mood, or reduced motivation, even when sleep appears adequate. This program will review the current science on midlife fatigue, including how hormonal changes may affect energy production and why “push harder” or overtraining approaches can sometimes exacerbate burnout and emotional distress. Content will focus on education and practical application within professional scope of practice; it is not intended to replace medical assessment or individualized treatment. By the end of the session, participants will have a set of research-informed strategies and tools they can consider integrating into their own self-care and into client education, as appropriate to their role and licensure.
