ODL 416: Perimenopause: The Missing Chapter in Women’s Mental Health

$15.00

1 Credit Hour: Perimenopause is a major biopsychosocial transition that can significantly affect mood, cognition, identity, relationships, and overall functioning. This training equips helping professionals to recognize common psychological, emotional, and cognitive presentations associated with perimenopause (e.g., anxiety, depression, irritability/rage, brain fog, memory lapses), and to differentiate these from primary mood and anxiety disorders in ways that improve assessment, case conceptualization, and treatment planning.
