ODL 433: Advanced Skills in Communication & Collaboration

5 Credit Hours: This training strengthens communication and collaboration competencies for professionals working in human services and other high-relational, high-stakes settings. Participants examine why workplace conflict often feels personal in helping roles, how unresolved tension impacts staff wellbeing and client outcomes, and how trauma exposure, power dynamics, and cultural context shape communication patterns. Participants leave with an applied toolkit for strengthening trust, resilience, and mutual respect in professional relationships.
